Helping our children and adolescents navigate life's challenges can indeed be a daunting task. You might find yourself concerned about your child’s recent behavior change, as they may appear to be acting out, withdrawing, or feeling overwhelmed by school or other stressors. It's perfectly natural to sense that they're facing difficulties, leaving you feeling disoriented and eager to find a way forward, both for yourself and your teen.
I specialize in working with children and adolescents to address a wide range of concerns, including trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, school concerns and gender dysphoria. My therapeutic modalities include techniques such as EMDR, somatic therapy, animal-assisted therapy, and play therapy.
I firmly believe in the remarkable resilience of our children and adolescents and I am dedicated to collaborating with you to help them overcome life's challenges. My primary objective is to create a safe and nurturing space where your teenager can explore complex emotions, ask difficult questions, and develop valuable new skills towards their path of growth and healing.
